Migrated automatically.

It's a non-sectarian organization, founded in 1991, open to Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. The main goal of the Center is to cultivate compassion and loving kindness, based on the philosophy and methods taught by the 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso.

In addition to the popular Sunday morning group meditation sessions, they offer classes on a wide range of Buddhist topics, as well as seasonal retreats, workshops and presentations by visiting Buddhist scholars, practitioners and artists, and many other special events. And, on most Thursday evenings, they gather for a Green Tara Puja, beginning at 7:00 pm, until about 8:30 pm or so. Please check their calendar and this website for upcoming events.

Their activities are open to participants at all levels of experience and knowledge - and inexperience and lack of knowledge - truly!
