Attention go-getters, spark plugs and dynamos:
The World Trade Association of Philadelphia (WTA) is teaming up with the Global Trade Academy to offer certification classes to test your knowledge of international merchandise classifications. It’s called the Certified Classification Specialist Program and gives participants a documentable knowledge of the Customs and Border Protection rules of compliance. That looks great on a resume. If you’re already in the import/export business, tell your staff or co-workers about it.
If you’re a WTA member, you’ll save $250 on registration. To register, visit the Global Trade Academy website.
