Learners from 150+ countries and territories taking Penn ELP/U.S. State Department "English for Business and Entrepreneurship" MOOC

The University of Pennsylvania English Language Programs recently launched a free online course, English for Business and Entrepreneurship, sponsored by the US State Department.
Only in its second week, the recently launched course already has 23,500+ enrolled students, from more than 150 countries and territories around the world. The free course is designed for low-intermediate English language learners who are interested in increasing their knowledge about the global business economy. In the course, students explore business English through authentic readings and video lectures, while learning about business vocabulary, concepts, and issues.
Students receive an introduction to entrepreneurship, learn about the basics of market research, compose a business plan, and create a persuasive presentation or pitch.
