The theme for this event is Innovation and Collaboration. The emphasis is on university-based innovation in four business sectors of particular interest to Chinese investors and corporates: healthcare and energy technology (morning panels) and real estate and education services (afternoon panels).

This event is intended for companies, organizations and individuals participating in, or otherwise supporting, the PHL-China Innovation Summit scheduled for the Penn Wharton China Center in Beijing on October 28, 2017.

Christopher Miller’s research in Soviet archives has found that Soviet officials closely followed Chinese policy, and directly copied many Chinese reforms.
