Please come out and support Gwynedd Mercy’s projects in Haiti!

Gwynedd Mercy University is leading a collaboration with Conference for Mercy Higher Education sister colleges and universities to develop an intercollegiate alliance with Mercy Focus on Haiti (MFOH) and the community of Gros Morne, Haiti. This project will include service immersion experiences, undergraduate and graduate research activities, health and social services clinical and internship opportunities for students.

Come and enjoy the sounds of the Dominican Republic! The Maranatha Band, touring the U.S. from its base in La Romana, will hold a concert in Julia Ball Auditorium ($5 suggested donation, $3 with studnt ID). The public is invited to attend.

Faculty and students from the Frances M. Maguire School of Nursing and Health Professions met the members of the band during the Nursing Mission Trips, when they were working as translators for the GMercyU group. The band is comprised of members of the La Maranatha Church.

This three-day delegation program within the first two weeks of October 2017 will consist of meetings with government and business leaders, as well as a day for cultural activities.
