Women International Leaders (WIL) of Greater Philadelphia invest in underserved women globally who take the lead in becoming self-sufficient, elevating their families and communities.

The United African Educational Foundation (UAEF) is a nonprofit, charitable organization with the aim of addressing more directly the educational needs and aspirations of school children of African descent in the United States and other parts of the world. As part of the educational outreach, UAEF produces and publishes a series of African fables and folktales in the form of children’s books, as well as other forms of learning material and educational services. We believe that investing in the productive education of our children is the smart way of investing in our future. To this end, UAEF is firmly about the business of lifting the minds and aspirations of our young that they may lift our world to a perfect humanity.

The Senegalese Association of Philadelphia is a non-profit promoting the socio-cultural, economic and health fulfillment of the Senegalese community of greater Philadelphia.

The Schoerke Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports Heritage Academy, a progressive Ghanaian school that believes that every child, irrespective of where they live, deserves an education that prepares them to make positive contributions to their communities. 

The Philadelphia-Serengeti Alliance (PSA) invites you to participate in our debut fundraiser, “The Top of the Hop,” to be held on Saturday evening, October 19, 2013, top floor of Hopkinson House on Washington Square, Philadelphia, PA. We are planning a wonderful evening of African food and music, with over twenty raffle items that have been donated by Philadelphia businesses and individuals — all overlooking a fantastic view of Center City and the Delaware! PSA is an all-volunteer organization officially established in 2012.

Friends of The Peace Train is a non-profit organization established in 2004 by South African musician and humanitarian, Sharon Katz, to raise awareness and funds for children who lost their parents due to HIV/AIDS and to help young adults become self-sufficient. We provide meals for the hungry, homes for the homeless, training and jobs for the unemployed, and music therapy to give hope and aid in the healing process.

Aid for the Children of Liberia (ACL), 501(c) (3), established in 2006, is a charity organization, dedicated to promoting child development by providing an opportunity for war affected and vulnerable children to have access to primary education, health, food, clothes, books, and a caring environment where their confidence, sense of belonging, self esteem and hope for the future can be restored.
