It’s that time of year again! Join key members of the entrepreneurial community at the 2019 PHL Innovation Picnic for great food, drinks, games, and lots of networking. Taking place at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, the PHL Innovation Picnic connects the area’s tech scene, including entrepreneurs, investors, community builders, and enterprise leaders alike. The last two years collectively brought together 1,600 conveners and raised over $22,000 in proceeds for local youth-innovation nonprofits. In 2019, we plan to grow our local roots regionally to an even larger innovation ecosystem.

An Easter tradition Linvilla Orchards' famous Hayrides to Bunnyland is a hayride through the woods to visit the Easter Bunny's house. The Easter Bunny visits with everyone on the ride and gives them each a treat.

Come and experience a taste of Lebanon, from delicious Middle Eastern food to traditional dance and music as well as a performance from St. Maron's Dabke Troop.

A land and water tour: Learn about The Water Works, Philadelphia’s first tourist attraction, and cruise the Schuylkill for a new perspective on sites along this historic river. On the National Register of Historic Places and America’s birthplace of municipal water, The Water Works is an architectural gem fusing nature, technology and architecture.

The massive, family-friendly street fair kicks off at noon, with more than six blocks of activities, games and entertainment. There are three stages, tons of music, sporting events, exhibits and interactive zones on the sched, too.

Watch the annual ceremony and the ringing of the historic Liberty Bell.

Charitable Component:
Proceeds from this year's run will go to the "Law Enforcement Bicycle Patrol Fund" which is a fund setup by Friends of Independence to purchase new bicycles and maintain the current fleet for the Law Enforcement Bicycle Patrol here at the park.
