Let’s Make Healthy, Simple and Delicious Ramen!

Ramen is one of the most popular noodle dishes in Japan. Originally from China, Japanese ramen has taken the noodle game to new heights.  Make flavorful and healthy Miso ramen, and tasty toppings with vegetables and ground pork (or chicken, beef or tofu) the famous oozy ramen egg and a refreshing Hakusai (Napa Cabbage) Salad that will complete the meal. The ingredient list will be provided a few days before the event.  

Join author Ameenah Muhammed-Diggins for a special storytime about the Muslim holiday Ramadan.

Celebrate Holi, also known as the Festival of Colors! Try out tie dye in the Creative Arts Studio, create colorful powder in Makerspace Studio, and take part in pop-up activities all about color! Featuring performances by Nava Nritya Dance Academy.

This workshop for kids 8-18 will introduce families to fun Scandinavian-inspired crafts. Participants will make their own paper dolls with clothing inspired by Marimekko patterns. Space is limited. Tickets are $5 for member children and $10 for non-member children.
