Attention all soccer fans! The American Swedish Heritage Museum and the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce invite you to head down to Fado Irish Pub Philadelphia to take part in the UEFA EURO 2012 live soccer action. Watch Sweden’s opening game against Ukraine at Fado Pub located at the corner of 15th and Locust. Throughout the tournament (June 8-July 1) there will be a special Match Day Menu with discounts on select beers and food. Happy hour is from 4-7 pm and includes $4 Yuengling, Heineken, and Sam Adams Summer Ale (20 oz. pints). Join fellow EURO 2012 soccer fans and experience the vibrant atmosphere at this Center City soccer bar. No cover.
The American Swedish Historical Museum was founded in 1926 and has been dedicated to promoting Swedish and Swedish-American cultural heritage and traditions. The Historical Museum collaborates with organizations such as the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce for annual social events to encourage and promote the exchange of technology, trade and culture between Sweden and the Greater Philadelphia regions.
