Three Sisters Shipwreck with Kayaking Tutorial

Join the Independence Seaport Museum for a kayaking expedition along the Delaware River to see the remains of the Three Sisters Shipwreck! 

Along the edge of the Delaware river at low tide, several boats can be seen known as the Three Sisters Shipwreck. Abandoned in the 1930s by Kensington Shipyard and DryDock Corporation, each ship has its own rich history that can be found here!

Kayakers will meet at Penn’s Landing Marina where there will be lessons and guidance from experienced kayaking instructors, and once you are confident with your skills, you can head out onto the Delaware river. 

You must be 18 or older to participate, and tickers are $65 each.
