Whether you plan to compete in the Amateur Sushi Competition or just wow your friends and family at home, these classes are the first step on the road to maki mastery. Complete a class to be eligible for the Amateur Sushi Competition (April 12) and/or the Subaru Sushi Samurai of the Year Contest at Sakura Sunday (April 15).
