The PECO Multicultural Series is back! Celebrate the diversity in Philadelphia with a series of cultural festivals presented by PECO. As we celebrate Mexican Independence Day, enjoy delicious Mexican food, cultural performances, and fun family activities at the Great Plaza. All festivals are free and open to the public.
