http://www.sacc-philadelphia.org/ When you’re buying, selling, leasing, or financing a real estate asset, you want to get everything right. Just how are you supposed to do that, though, when so many of the details that factor into these transactions hinge on extensive experience in the industry?
In this inaugural SACC Business Breakfast Seminar, learn from commercial real estate attorney Dave Larsson about how to approach your next negotiation like an insider with information you won’t find in the guidebooks. Even if you’re not involved in real estate professionally, this will be a fascinating discussion about an area of business that has a profound impact on the economy and our daily lives.
David Larsson:
Dave Larsson has practiced commercial real estate law since 1984, advising clients all across the United States. During that period, he has helped one client grow from 2 US stores in 1984 to over 40 as of 2016, and he has helped another client grow to become the market leader in the Delaware Valley. A former partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, Dave served as in-house general counsel and executive vice president to a Philadelphia-area shopping center development company. In 1995, Dave joined Paul Scheuritzel as a fellow shareholder in the firm that is now known as Larsson & Scheuritzel P.C.
