The Consulate of Mexico in Philadelphia and the Mexican Cultural Center invite you to celebrate Mexican Independence Day. As part of the celebration, the Mexican flag will be raised outside the City Hall and the Consul of Mexico, Carlos Obrador Garrido, will preside over the ceremony of 'El Grito'
