Licu is a regular immigrant from Bangladesh who works in Rome. Despite working very hard, he never complains. He lives like a true Italian. Unexpectedly, however, he’s called back home for an arranged marriage with a young woman, a typical custom rooted in the culture and traditions of his native country. This is a pleasant and deep docu-fiction about racial integration, social issues, and love.

The Film Series "Migrants" is co-organized by the America-Italy Society of Philadelphia and the Consulate General of Italy in Philadelphia.
