  • 3:10 PM -- Frank von Hippel discusses the recent Seoul Global Conference -- Problems and Prospects in Controlling Nuclear Fissile Materials ("Loose Nukes"), and Tom Graham discusses the Unending Crisis in US Security Policy-- and New Solutions - NPT, Iran, Test Ban
  • 3:40 PM -- Panelists' Round-Robin, and Audience Q and A
  • 4:20 PM Reception -- Light fare reception with the panelists and the audience, and book-signing by Ambassador Tom Graham.

We will have Tom's new book available, Unending Crisis: National Security Policy After 9/11, for purchase at $20 (below list price) or for a generous contribution, with Tom's signature. A review of the book is enclosed.
