Free Museum Day at The Barnes Foundation

Join the Barnes Partners Sunday, July 3rd for free access to the Barnes collection and special exhibitions! Partnered with Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection at Temple University, there will be a full day of activities at the Museum, inspired by Blockson’s recent exhibition and graphic novel, Black Lives Always Mattered! (BLAM!). 

This is a great opportunity for friends and families to celebrate Wawa Welcome America Week and learn more about United States history. There will be art activities, a storytime, a poetry reading, and a panel discussion on BLAM! 

There will also be free access to the Barnes collection and Isaac Julien: Statues Never Die exhibitions that day.

There is limited space at this even so make sure to register when it opens Thursday, June 30, at 10am.
