While many equate intelligence to the ability to think and learn, rapidly changing times have revealed that the ability to rethink and unlearn can better equip leaders and businesses with the cognitive tools needed to adapt and reimagine the future. Adam Grant — organizational psychologist, Wharton professor, and best-selling author of soon-to-be released book Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know — challenges widespread business practices and pushes leaders to question long-held opinions that no longer serve their organizations while helping their teams to do the same. At a time when a global pandemic has forced us to reevaluate many aspects of how we work, it’s vital that we bring the ability to rethink and generate bold ideas to business, reinventing a culture of learning and exploration. Join the Arts + Business Council to hear Grant delve into when and how to prioritize creativity over productivity, flexibility over consistency, and how we can embrace the joy of being wrong at work and in our daily lives.
