The Center for the Study of Force and Diplomacy is proud to present Dr. Orfeo Fioretos, the final lecturer of our Fall 2014 Colloquia Series. In his talk, Dr. Fioretos explores the origins and evolution of the G-7, which has become the most durable and important informal organization of international economic governance. At the center of his research are explorations into the ideological and institutional battles that defined post-crisis cooperation among large economies in the 20th century, and the implications of such cooperation for global capitalism in the 21st century. Orfeo Fioretos is associate professor of political science at Temple University, Philadelphia.
