Historic Preservation and Sustainability are increasingly intertwined, as property owners seek ways to make their older buildings more energy efficient and economical to operate. Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a financing tool that allows commercial property owners to borrow money for energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy projects, indoor air quality (IAQ) and resiliency projects. Come learn more about this program from experts in C-PACE and from property owners who have used it successfully.
