Micheal Scullin is the Honorary Consul of France in Philadelphia and Wilmington, DE. He is also a Philadelphia based lawyer practicing in the area of international, commercial and non-profit law.
In this capacity, he has handled a broad variety of matters, including establishmentof U.S. entities by foreign nationals, related immigration matters, international estates, transnational litigation, intellectual property issues and negotiation and drafting of cross-border sales, distribution, joint development and licensing contracts. From his many roles, Michael will offer insight into consular duties, politics, culture and migration.
Michael Scullin practices law with Monteverde McAlee & Hurd. Michael holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and the McGeorge School of Law in Salzburg, Austria. He is an Adjunct Professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management and a guest lecturer in Arcadia University’s MBA program. He is also founder and director of the Lyon Philadelphia Attorney Exchange Program.
