Over 30 years, Eiko’s motto has been “Art is Food” everybody needs it. She uses her art,music and dance to empower and adapt art making possible to people with physical challenges. Eiko will share 48 years of her evolution of her art since coming to Philadelphia from Tokyo and her belief to empower all people through art. Eiko has created Live wood Sculpture performance. Even her own children grew up performing those wearable wood sculptures,too. This event opens up to audience to be a part of Eiko’s wood sculpture performance to celebrate together. No experience necessary.
