Visitors to the museum this February can participate in a variety of events in honor of African American History Month. During daily interactive programs, guests can learn about the lives of our nation’s greatest African American leaders, the history behind the Emancipation Proclamation, and more. Guests also can explore the museum’s main exhibition, The Story of We the People, which highlights important moments in African American history.
