Eisenhower Fellowships is an international exchange program for outstanding leaders. International Eisenhower Fellows visit the United States and travel around the country for seven weeks following individualized meeting itineraries.
Responsibilities & Accomplishments
-Planned and executed fellowship programs for more than 95 Eisenhower Fellows from more than 30 countries representing private, non-profit, and public sectors.
-Arranged more than 4,000 strategically relevant meetings across the United States on behalf of Fellows.
-Conducted extensive research using the internet and databases to learn about each Fellow's professional interest area in order to identify and contact people and organizations relevant to each Fellow's fellowship objectives.
-Coordinated program related activities within the program department and across the organization to meet strategic goals.
-Maintained relationships with entities outside of Eisenhower Fellowships to support Fellow programming efforts.
-Managed International Programs staff of six to meet program deadlines.
-Trained international program staff.
-Supervised two program assistants.
-Surveyed participants and evaluated fellowship programs.
