Penn Asian Senior Services

Established in April 2004 by Founder and current CEO, Im Ja Choi, PASSi is the first home care agency in the state of Pennsylvania to address the language barriers that prevent Asian and other immigrant seniors from receiving home care. PASSi offers services in 10 different Asian language groups, serving low-income individuals with limited English proficiency in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester, and Lehigh counties. Services include home care, vocational training, adult day care services, and community educational workshops.
