Department of Housing Counseling

GPASS Department of Housing Counseling (DHC) provides comprehensive housing counseling, workshops, and advocacy for low and moderate income tenants, homebuyers, and homeowners.  Our goal is to build sustainable communities through informed housing counselors.  GPASS DHC is funded by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).

Neighborhood Advisory Committee

As the representative organization for our Olney/Logan based Service Area, GPASS-NAC strives to serve our community. GPASS NAC is funded by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). 

Behavioral and Mental Health

We provide outpatient individualized counseling and treatment for Substance use and Mental disorders.  Our SAFE (Stop Addiction ForEver) program counselors help patients work safely through issues that fuel their addiction.  GPASS recognizes stressors, daily pressures, and COVID-19 uncertainty affecting mental health.  Our counselors and psychiatrist help patients cope and live independent healthy lives. 

Energy Assistance

Many Philadelphia  households struggle with high energy and utility bills. GPASS works with other agencies’ programs to provide financial assistance to low-income individuals and families.
